1. We are a 50/50 salon. We cover all the orders, appointments, and behind-the-scenes paperwork so you can focus on making your clients happy. Having one set of policies and a singular brand identity provides our clients with a consistent experience.
2. New hires receive a weekly salary or their commission, if that is the better wage, while they grow their clientele.
3. Retail sales earn a 10% commission, paid weekly along with wages.
4. We offer continuing education workshops in house and expect stylists to attend a minimum of one industry education event yearly. We cover the costs of tickets, lodgings, and meals.
